TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Dear customers ensure that you carefully go through the information below .It’s important
information for your compliance before you can purchase one of our pieces. Please note that by acknowledging our terms and conditions you are bound to them.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Our products are handcrafted and may be sold out due to demand. Should we not be able to fulfil your order immediately we will notify you via email and you can either opt to be put on a waiting list or you can select another accessory. Please note that available stock will be shipped out from Nairobi in 4 days from the purchase date. However, should the item be sold out our artisans require 14-21 days lead time to manufacture the item.
For domestic purchases, the orders will be shipped from Nairobi the next day via WellsFargo, our trusted Transport and logistics partners.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS AND SECURITY
All credit card transactions on this site are processed using either Paypal or Pesapal. These are secure online modes of payment which embody encryption in a secure manner. DIRO doesn’t hold your credit card details on our website. DIRO doesn’t disclose or share any confidential information.

PRIVACY POLICY
We process information about you in accordance with our privacy policy. By using our site you consent to such processing and you warrant to us that the information you have provided is accurate.

SHIPPING
All purchases are inclusive of customised provider’s shipping and tax rates. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped [10] days. Kindly allow an estimate of 10 days of transit period. All orders require a signature upon receipt and cannot be shipped to post boxes or AFPOS.
DIRO is not liable for unanticipated delays. If there is an issue with your shipping address you will be contacted by a company representative via email. If you have additional questions concerning shipping and delivery time frames and fees write to . Please be aware that the date of delivery should be taken as an indication. DIRO is not liable for any shipping delays, theft or loss or damage.

CUSTOMS

We ship worldwide. However please note that DIRO cannot determine in advance any additional taxes and import duty taxes, fees and surcharges levied by international destinations. The Customer is the sole bearer of additional taxation. DIRO will not pay for additional taxation. We advise that you consult your local country’s customs office for guidelines. Should the customer decline to pay customs charges the order will be returned to DIRO at the customer’s expense. We will deduct the return shipping cost from the original purchase and refund the customer the remaining balance.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We believe you will be satisfied with your DIRO purchase and would love your feedback on the same.
If you are dissatisfied you may contact us on or +25473851082 and explain the reason for your return. Goods once sold cannot be refunded but they can be exchanged for an accessory of similar value or items totalling the same value. To apply for a return or exchange of the unused item, the item must be unused and in its original condition with its original packaging and must have proof of purchase no later than 5 days from the receipt of goods. Any claim submitted thereafter will regretfully be declined. Goods must be returned with their original receipt and shipped at client’s expense. DIRO Is not liable for damaged or items lost in transit without proof of delivery to us and we cannot refund
items damaged in transit. Therefore we advise purchasing additional insurance when shipping items.
Risk or damage to or loss of goods is the sole responsibility of the customer on delivery. The customer is responsible for compliance with any and all Kenyan Import regulations and for paying outbound and inbound shipping costs. We do not refund shipping charges on returned items for exchanges. Only once the item is received and approved your new order will it be shipped at no additional cost apart from the shipping costs.
Please contact within 24 hours from the date of your order. All sales items are final sale. No return, exchange, price adjustments or cancellations will be permitted. 

Please note
while much attention has been placed on ensuring accuracy and consistency of colours of the images on site, screen resolution varies and may affect the colour perception.

REPAIR
Please contact info@diro Kenya.com regarding all repairs. Possible repairs will be handled on a case by case basis. Please include a photo of the item and your receipt as proof of the original date of purchase. Repairs are subject to the availability of the original beads and media used at the time.

CARE
Our suggested guidelines for maintaining your unique DIRO piece will ensure preservation of your purchase so you can enjoy it for years to come.
Brass pieces will oxidize upon exposure to oxygen and the elements. It is advisable that you store your Brass pieces in a lit and ventilated room.
You can also use a store-bought commercial cleaner. Or opt for a DIY solution

Squeeze half a lemon into your bowl and then add your baking soda. Mix until it forms a paste. Use a soft cloth and apply the paste. Rinse off the paste and dry.
If you’re out of baking soda, salt also works.
